Pick-N-Roll

Pick and roll involves more space and ideal for players with wider range for making shots. If the shooter does not have high percentage shooting, defenders may not see them as threat and move will not happen. Also shooter must ensure to keep defender engaged for the pick to happen as there is much more space involved for defender to recover.

Setting up

Pick position between defenders

Shooter position near 3 point line based on which player is allowe to jump

Shooter receive ball and take aim to score

Trigger

Onve of the defenders moves out to stop the shot

Shooter keeps defender engaged, ideally with back towards pick

Player picking moves out and sets pick

Shooter moves in the direction of Pick

Pick moves in opposite direction, keeping defender behind

Pass ball to player best positioned
